CONDITION MONITORING

12 July,2010

Speed of use, simplicity and cost-effectiveness distinguish the MHC range of condition monitoring instruments from Holroyd Instruments and has led to their widespread use across all industrial sectors.

Holroyd Instruments exhibited its MHC range of portable instruments, which enable instant assessment and trending of machine degradation on both normal and slow speed machinery. The same instruments also provide a quick and sensitive means of detecting leaks in compressed air systems.

In contrast its highly integrated smart sensors allow for continuous monitoring with both trendable and switched state outputs. Powered by +24 VDC and with fully processed outputs, these sensors set a new benchmark for the simplification of applying high frequency monitoring techniques on the shop floor.

New for 2010 is the AE-Ultraspan wireless sensor, which provides an ideal investigative and diagnostic tool for shop floor use irrespective of a machines speed or motion (rotary, linear, reciprocating or intermittent).
